What are the shipping options?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3PM will be completed and shipped within 24 hours for non-personalized products and within 72 hours for personalized product orders of less than 100 units. At the time of checkout all shipping option swill be shown for you to pick the method that works best for your request and requirements.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do happen to receive a defective product we would require you to contact us immediately with pictures and a description of the damage so we can have you mail back the defective product, and after assessing the returned product a determination would be made to make the order either right or refund the purchase.
